Hey guys, it gives me great pleasure to write this article for one of the best games that has been released this year on the PSP, Crisis Core Final Fantasy VII. This game is a real time battle RPG prequel to one of the best RPGs in the history of games, Final Fantasy VII. Crisis Core Final Fantasy VII is also the fourth entry in the compilation of Final Fantasy VII, in the past there have been Before Crisis: Final Fantasy VII, Dirge of Cerberus: Final Fantasy VII, as well as the CGI movie Final Fantasy VII Advent Children and the anime Last Order: Final Fantasy VII.
Crisis Core Final Fantasy VII was first released in Japan September the 13th 2007 where it sold over 350,000 copies on its release date. Now finally after 10 years from the original Final Fantasy VII, many fans will be able to know what really happened in the past. Even if you’ve never played any of the Final Fantasy games Crisis core Final Fantasy VII is still a master piece that all ages will enjoy.
Crisis Core starts seven years prior to the events of the play station game Final Fantasy VII. The complex story line is absolutely fantastic it constantly leaves you with questions after each chapter that just have to be answered.
Positives
- Set in crisp beautiful graphics that keep you stuck to the screen wanting more;
-DMW gives the game an extra charm to it, making battles more exciting;
-Fantastic music selection, before each battle it pumps you up with a metal track;
-Of course the story line is the greatest thing about it, although at times it may be very confusing but that’s what’s brilliant about it. It becomes a mystery that you must solve;
-The extra missions from Shinra will provide additional equipment and more challenges
Negatives
-The Non-skip able scenes make it very annoying for the second time round playing the game since you already know what’s going to happen;
-At times the DMW can be very annoying since its totally unpredictable it can be very unhelpful at times;
–Occasionally the camera movement may not allow you to turn around, this can sometimes prevent you from seeing where Zack is during battle.
Over all I thought Crisis Core Final Fantasy VII was a absolutely brilliant RPG, and with the amazing CGI graphics top it off perfectly.
